How do rentals work?

Browse items, request a rental for your dates, and the owner approves. You'll be charged when they approve. Meet up or arrange delivery, wear the item, then return it.

How do I get paid as an owner?

Set up your payout account in the app (Profile → Payouts). When your rentals complete, earnings go to your balance. Withdraw anytime to your bank account.

What if an item is damaged?

All rentals include damage protection. If something happens, contact us through the app and we'll help resolve it.

How do I cancel a rental?

You can cancel pending requests anytime. Once approved, cancellation policies apply based on how close you are to the rental date.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details.
